    Room Rates*: $99 for one person; $111 for two.
    College graduations: $144.30 for one person, $166.50 for two. Please contact us for reservations.

    Payment: For prepaid reservations, checks or money orders are accepted. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards. A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation. No cash/check refunds: credit given for a future visit.

  • Follow Route 96B South up the hill, passing Ithaca College on your left.
  • Continue on 96B South until you reach the first stop light. Turn right onto West King Road.
  • Continue approximately 2.2 miles on West King Road. Turn right at the green mailbox marked 578.
  • Bear right on the driveway.

    From Ithaca Regional Airport
  • Leaving the airport, turn left onto Warren Road. Proceed to the stop light and turn right onto Route 13 South.
  • Follow Route 13 South through Ithaca.
  • Immediately after you pass Lower Buttermilk State Park on your left, turn left onto Sand Bank Road.
  • Sand Bank Road forms a T-junction with West King Road. Turn right on West King Road and continue until you reach the green mailbox marked 578
  • Turn right into 578 West King Rd and bear right in the driveway.
